GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the LA BLONDE AUX BIJOUX website (STELLA D ORO SAS company), on Stella d'Oro SAS's own online store(s), as well as only at the Seller's resellers and distributors (list on Instagram @lablondeauxbijoux). The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the day the order is validated. In this case, we can offer you a credit or an exchange. ARTICLE 4 / Payment terms Payment for an order is made in euros by credit card or by PayPal via the online store. ARTICLE 5 / Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed within a maximum of 10 working days, except for certain references where the processing time may be longer. In each case, the average delivery times indicated on each product sheet are binding, particularly for pre-ordered items. In the event that you order several items with different processing times, the longest time takes precedence. Orders are sent by tracked letter, Colissimo or International Parcel, depending on the nature of the item and its specifications, indicated on each product sheet. When shipping, you have an internet tracking number. The delivery time of the carrier (La Poste) is 48 to 72 hours on average to mainland France, except in exceptional cases. Stella d'Oro SAS - La Blonde Aux Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays, damage and losses due to the carrier or any cause outside its sales scope. A refund of your order according to the aforementioned conditions is therefore impossible. The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided to us during the ordering process. ARTICLE 6 / Exchanges and credits You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order (Postmark as proof except in the event of a malfunction in the Post Office tracking), to request the exchange of any item that does not suit you. Once the return is accepted by the Seller, you can return the item. It must be returned in its original packaging, new and unworn to the address indicated by the Seller. Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. An uncontrolled return, not requested by the Buyer from the Seller in advance or not validated and accepted by the Seller in advance, or outside the legal deadlines, will be refused by the Seller. Also, jewelry deemed to have been worn or damaged, or returned without all of its original packaging will not be returned or exchanged by the Seller and will not be eligible for a credit. Furthermore, the Buyer is responsible for the return and will take care to choose the appropriate shipping method in order to protect the jewelry from any risk during transport. If the jewelry received by the Seller upon return is damaged, it will not be exchanged and will be returned to the Buyer as is. Rings and delicate jewelry must always and imperatively be returned by Colissimo and packaged carefully, otherwise their exchange will be refused by the Seller. If an exchange is impossible, the Seller may offer a credit to the Buyer, corresponding to the amount of their order (excluding initial shipping costs). The credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be used in one go. It is only valid on the sales channel where the initial purchase took place. ARTICLE 7 / Special provisions La Blonde aux Bijoux is not responsible for any damage to the jewelry after the sale. Each piece of jewelry is inspected and checked several times before sending. Complaints for defects/irregularities are therefore inadmissible, as are complaints for damaged jewelry. Furthermore, please keep in mind that each piece of jewelry is made in an artisanal manner (by hand), the irregularities and specificities of each piece of jewelry are therefore inherent to its nature and cannot be returned. Oxidation is a natural phenomenon (in contact with air, water, beauty products) and affects all metals. Only 18-karat yellow and rose gold are resistant to oxidation.
